Week of January 11

The second week of marathon training will provide us with a good dose of endurance AND speedwork training. On y va!

On tap for this week:
  • medium long run- 8 miles
  • hill repeats
  • tempo run (8:09-29 pace)- will do this at Lake Merritt
  • long run- 15 miles in Alameda
