Tomorrow's my goal half marathon....I've re-read my race plan. I've visualized racing. I've been drinking green tea and water and sparkling cherry water. Garmalade is charging. I've laid out my gels & race outfit---blue running
skirt & hot pink Nike tank top. I'm taking it easy today and will enjoy some carbs this afternoon with a tasty
Zing bar. Of course, I'll be eating pasta tonight.
And tomorrow morning, I get to GO---fast, strong, and always trying my best :)
